Editpad is provided as a lightweight writing utility. You retain ownership of your notes and are responsible for keeping appropriate exports and protecting your recovery passphrase.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, attack the service or others, or store content you do not have the right to possess.

Availability

The local editor is designed to continue without the service. Cloud sync is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
